As Business Development Specialist, you excel in scheduling and confirming appointments, demonstrating a proficiency in maintaining transparent communication with clients for a seamless process. You manage calendars and implement timely follow-ups, contributing significantly to the team's overall efficiency.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Make systematic outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads.
  • Engage in conversations to introduce company services and benefits.
  • Use persuasive communication to schedule and coordinate appointments for potential clients looking for outsourcing services.
  • Use scheduling system for organized and efficient management of service appointments.
  • Maintain and update CRM with customer records, interactions, objections, and future outreach opportunities.
  • Actively listen to customer responses, adjusting pitch to secure appointments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to report daily performance metrics and contribute insights.
  • Engage with clients through phone, email, or online platforms to understand service needs and schedule appointments as per their preferences.


Desirable Skills and Experience

Must-haves:

  • At least 3 years of experience as B2B (Business-to-Business) appointment setter in a BPO setting
  • Exceptional phone etiquette
  • Has experience in calendar booking and management preferrably Microsoft 365
  • Has experience or knowledgeable in CRM tools preferrably Hubspot
  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills

  • Experience in lead generation
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Friendly and professional demeanour
  • Strong administration, organizing, and computer literacy skills
